Down Town

Other cities may have a “downtown” but Downtown Dubai is something more: a purpose-built neighbourhood which is home to some of Dubai’s most iconic attractions, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain. No visit to the city is complete without at least one trip to Downtown Dubai – and there’s more than enough to keep you coming back again and again.
Located around 8km from Dubai Creek, which was the city’s traditional centre, Downtown Dubai has become a key cultural hub. Along with the malls and tourist sights, the area is also home to a growing number of residential and commercial projects, and is one of the most prestigious areas in Dubai.

Business Bay

One of Dubai’s most stylish areas, Business Bay is definitely not just about business. Home to some of the most striking architecture in the city, as well as world-class hotels, rooftop restaurants and lounges with incredible views, and the winding Dubai Water Canal, Business Bay is a neighbourhood where people go to see and be seen.
Located on the landward side of Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay is mainly made up of high-rise towers, including some of the most distinctive you’ll ever see. Palm Jumeirah

Dubai South

The Dubai South development is anchored around Al Maktoum International Airport. Once the Al Maktoum International Airport is completed, it will become the world’s largest airport transporting more than 160 million passengers per year. It is deliberately positioned near the Expo 2020 site where the Dubai Airshow will take place. The Dubai South location is parallel to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road making its position central, relative to Dubai’s city network.
The Dubai South area is directly connected to the Jebel Ali Port. Dubai South development can take advantage of its strategic location connecting both sea and airports. The area will have easy access to the upcoming Etihad Rail network granting ease of transportation to different parts of Dubai. Downtown Dubai is 40 minutes away from the Dubai South location, and residents can make their way down to visit all that the metropolitan hub has to offer. The Valley

Plans have also been announced for an area called Dubai Square, which when finished will be the city’s leading tech-driven retail destination. Measuring 2.6 million square metres and with architecture inspired by cities around the world, it is poised to become a lifestyle and living hotspot, and will also house the city’s own version of Chinatown.
With many ongoing projects, Dubai Creek Harbour is expected to double in size once completed, and will help to set the bar for futuristic design in the city.
